7月二十六日澳新食品标准计量管理局发表,拟批准低聚异麦芽糖作为新能源食物

据澳新食品标准局消息,5月16日澳新食品标准局公布A1123号申请,拟批准低聚异麦芽糖作为新资源食品。

据澳新食品标准局消息,8月21日澳新食品标准局发布[22-17]号通报,应新西兰初级产业部的请求,将就L-氨基酸酯用于特殊医学用途食品征求意见。有关人员可于2017年8月28日之前提交意见。

本次申请由 Essence Group Pty Ltd
公司提交。申请人拟将其作为甜味剂与增量剂用于一系列普通与特殊食品中。

在此之前,《澳新食品标准法典》2.9.5号标准附件29-20已批准L-赖氨酸醋酸酯用于特医食品。风险评估结论认为,L-氨基酸酯用于特医食品无健康风险。新西兰初级产业部提出本次请求,旨在保障人体健康,并消除对贸易的不良影响。

据澳新食品标准局消息,11月9日澳新食品标准局发布通告,批准转基因棉花GHB811产品用于食品。该转基因棉花能同时抗两种农药,分别为异恶唑草酮、草甘膦。

澳新食品标准局于去年12月13日就相关草案征求意见,共收到6个意见。该局于今年5月3日批准了草案的修订案。5月15日澳新食品部长收到了食品标准局的决定。

FSANZ is considering an urgent Proposal prepared to remove a negative
effect on trade in food for special medical purposes and has prepared a
draft food regulatory measure. Pursuant to section 96 of the Food
Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 , FSANZ now calls for
submissions to assist its consideration of that draft food regulatory
measure.

Application from Bayer CropScience Pty Ltd requesting a variation to
Schedule 26 in the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code to include
food derived from a new genetically modified cotton line, GHB811. This
cotton line has been genetically modified for dual-herbicide tolerance
to glyphosate and isoxaflutole. The primary objective of FSANZ in
developing or varying a food regulatory measure, as stated in section 18
of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 , is the
protection of public health and safety. Accordingly, the safety
assessment is a central part of considering an application.

Food Standards Australia New Zealand assessed an Application made by
Essence Group Pty Ltd via FJ Fleming Food Consulting Pty Ltd to permit
isomalto-oligosaccharide as a novel food for use as an alternative
(lower calorie) sweetener and bulk filler in a range of general
purpose and special purpose foods, and prepared a draft food regulatory
measure.On 13 December 2016, FSANZ sought submissions on a draft
variation and published an associated report. FSANZ received six
submissions.

The Proposal has been declared an urgent Proposal for the purposes of
Division 4 of Part 3 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act
1991 .

Standard 2.9.5 and Schedule 29-20 of the Code currently permit L-lysine
acetate as the only acetate form of single L-amino acids for use in
FSMP.
